Starting up the engine (02_06)
A = Open the fuel tap
B = Set the gear shift onto "neutral"
C = Pull the choke lever (with engine cold)
D = Maintain the throttle at idle.
E = Insert the key in the ignition switch, and turn it onto the " ON " position (Stand-by).
F = Press the starter button while pulling the clutch lever, « G ».
CAUTION
DO NOT START-UP THE ENGINE IN CLOSED AREAS BECAUSE EXHAUST
GASES ARE TOXIC.
CAUTION
IN ORDER TO START THE ENGINE, IT IS NECESSARY TO PULL THE CLUTCH
LEVER, «G», BEFORE PRESSING STARTER BUTTON, «F», IN ORDER TO DIS-
ARM THE SAFETY SWITCH.
CAUTION
DO NOT USE THE CHOKE DEVICE WITH ENGINE WARM; ONCE THE ENGINE
IS STARTED PUSH THE CHOKE LEVER BACK TO ITS INITIAL POSITION.
