
Once you have called Vertu Customerservice, and provided that Vertu has yourconsent, the Remote
Assist service enables the Technical Support Team to access yourVERTU Ti remotely. The service is
intended to assist you if you have problems setting up orusing yourphone. Please contact Vertu Customer
service if you wish to use the service. In this section of the app, you can also see the status of yourwarranty.
The final section of the Certainty app is about protecting yourdata. Here the application shows, in a
graphical representation, how much of the internal data storage you are using. Finally there is a link to our
Recommended apps section to support you with otherdata protection issues, such as anti-virus and
malware, remote lock/track and wipe, and various elements of data backup.
