Non-Warranty Coverage
1. This limited warranty is not applicable for the user manuals or any third-party software, settings, contents, data or links. Whether
they are attached along with the product or downloaded in this product, and whether they are generated in the installation,
assembly, shipping or delivery of any other stages, as well as no matter how you get them, they have no warranty. As long as you
use third-party application, you confirm that the application is available as is. Vertu doesn't guarantee that the operation of any
software will be uninterrupted or error-free; or any defects in the software are modifiable or will be modified.
2. Whereas the SIM card and cellular network and/or other network or system required for the operation of product are provided
by the third-party independent operator, Vertu assumes no responsibility under this limited warranty for the operation, availability,
coverage and service of the cellular network or other network or system. Before the product is repaired or replaced by Vertu or
Vertu authorized service companies, the operator may need to unlock the SIM card or add additional locks to lock the product to a
specific network or operator. In such cases, the first thing is to ask the operator to unlock your product.
3. This limited warranty is not applicable for:
a) normal wear (including but not limited to the wear of camera, battery or display screen);b)defect due to inappropriate handling
(including but not limited to the defects caused by sharp objects, bending, compressing or falling;c) defect or damage caused by
inappropriate use of “product”, including the usage that violates the instructions (for example, the instructions stated in the User
Guide of the “product”) provided by Vertu; and/or d) other actions beyond the reasonable control range of Vertu.
For example: damages caused by human (including but not limited to: damage caused by falling down, squeezing, colliding;
damage caused by liquid spilling, chemicals corrosion, foreign matter entering the inside of product); damages caused by improper
use, maintenance (including but not limited to: used for abnormal purpose, damage caused by incorrect connection, testing);
damages caused by force majeure; exceptions that specified by laws and regulations, not providing warranty.
