1 About this Document
This practice provides a description of the Vertiv XTE PTS Series PEIL/PESB Power Transfer Switches as well as installation
instructions.
2 Description
2.1 Application
The XTE PTS Series PEIL/PESB Power Transfer Switches (shown in
Figure 1
and
Figure 2
) provide weatherproof housing and surge
protection for the electrical components that transfer/distribute commercial and generator power. They have a wide range of
standard features and options to suit a variety of applications.
