Chapter 7: System Operation And Maintenance

Periodic system maintenance is crucial to ensure product reliability and validity. This chapter describes

operation and maintenance of the XDH precision air conditioner, including routine maintenance, system

diagnosis testing, and maintenance of filters, fan components, refrigeration systems and drainage systems.

• During the running of Liebert XDH, there may be lethal voltage within the unit. The system must

therefore comply with all cautions and warnings mentioned in this manual or which may cause casualties.

•

Only qualified service and maintenance personnel can perform system operation and maintenance.

7.1.Routine Inspection Items (Monthly)

Check the system components monthly, focusing on system function and component wearing symptoms, and

the inspection items are shown in

Table 7-1
