The V12 ASSAULTER is equipped with a CLICK buckle for opening, closing and adjusting which also integrates the connecting ring. The V12
ASSAULTER Classic is equipped with a classic buckle for opening, closing and adjusting. A separate connecting ring is fitted on the belt, near
the buckle. The use of rescue loops for protection against falling from heights (in fall arrest systems) or for any other purpose is strictly forbidden!
These belts (loops) must be used only for rescue purposes of conscious person. Any other uses are strictly forbidden and fully on the users re-
sponsibility!
BEFORE EACH USE THE RECUE LOOP MUST BE CHECKED FOR:
1. Integrity of the components:
- Webbing: there shall be NO tears, incisions, discoloration, hardened or thinned areas, burns or any other damages;
- Stitchings: yarn must be continuous, no breaks, no skipped steps;
2. Compatibility of other components intended to be used with the rescue loop;
3. Label information ;
4. Cleannes of the equipment;
THE EQUIPMENT MUST BE IMMEDIATELLY REMOVED FROM SERVICE IF:
1.The marking/label is missing or is unreadable.
2.Damage has been identified (incisions, worn seams, discoloration, hardened or thinned areas, burns, rusted or deformed metal parts, defective
buckles) or if any abnormalities of the parts or structure have been found.
3.Contact with paints or unknown chemicals had occurred (irreversible contaminations).
4.The equipment had been subjected to heavy loading.
5.The integrity of the equipment is questionable and the inspection log is incomplete or missing.
6.The equipment was in service longer than 10 years.
EQUIPPING THE V12 ASSAULTER CLASSIC
Place the rescue loop under the arms of the person ensuring that the buckle
(B) and the ring (A) are positioned in the front.
Pass the webbing through the buckle (B), then tighten and secure to the desired
length as shown in the figures.
The free end of the webbing resulted from the adjustment must be at least 15
cm long (from the buckle) and must be held flat by the elastic loop (C).
Make sure the rescue loop is not loose and provides good support for the
person!
EQUIPPING THE V12 ASSAULTER
Place the rescue loop under the arms of the person
ensuring that the click buckle with the integrated ring
is positioned in the front.
Close the buckle as shown in the images making
sure it is properly locked and secured.
Adjust the length of the strap then hold the free end
of the webbing with the elastic ring fitted on the belt.
Make sure the rescue loop is not loose and provides
good support for the person!
