2-2. Typical Applications

The SG24816M implements 8 Gigabit Ethernet TP ports with auto MDIX and

16 slots for the removable module supporting comprehensive fiber types of
connection, including LC and BiDi-LC SFP modules. For more details on the
specification of the switch, please refer to Appendix A.

The switch is suitable for the following application.
