Step 6
Hook ratchet buckle strap to front
of HPS as shown below and tighten
until tires are snug to wheel stops.
Step 5
Drive HPS up ramps onto carrier
until it hits the wheel stops. Hook
cam buckle strap to rear of HPS as
shown and pull tight.
Step 4
Place wheel stops in position as
shown for HPS.
Step 3
Attach strap with ratchet buckle to
the tie down loops on the driver
side of carrier.
Step 2
Attach strap with the cam buckle to
passenger side of carrier. Open the
threaded connector links and attach
one each to the tie down loops that
are welded to the hinge bracket.
Step 1
Locate center of back edge of sulky
deck. Measure in (forward)

drill a

” or

” hole on the HPS
deck.
