Managing the Device

All Engage Locks will appear as a door in the interface. For each door:

Connectivity status will be displayed.

Factory Reset

If a lock has been commissioned previously, it will need to be decommissioned within

command and in the Allegion mobile app. Please refer to the lock installation guides for factory

reset instructions for your lock.
