Installation Guide
This Installation Guide will walk you through the easy steps to
use your existing coaxial wiring as an Ethernet network
connection in a Verizon FiOS
®
home.

Troubleshooting tips
Power light is off
•
Make sure that the power adapter is firmly
connected to an active electrical outlet
Ethernet light is off
•
Make sure that an Ethernet cable is connecting the
Coaxial Network Adapter and the device you would
like to connect to the Internet
•
Make sure the device that you would like to connect
to the Internet is powered on
MoCA light is off
•
Make sure that the Mode switch is set to Run for all
Coaxial Network Adapters on the network. When the
switch is set to Config mode, no traffic will be
transmitted
•
Make sure coaxial cables are firmly connected to the
Coaxial Network Adapters.
•
Try resetting each Coaxial Network Adapter to its
factory default condition by holding down the
reset button for longer than 10 seconds
