71. I unplugged my module before I took it to the dealership. How do I re-install it? Do I have to

do everything again?

Follow the instructions in section “Module Removal & Re-Pairing Procedure” of the Reference

Guide.

72. Why do the lights on the module change color while I drive?

The module status LED indicates data transmission which is fully explained in the Get To Know

Your Device pamphlet and the Device Manual.

73. Why does my module only show a blue light?

If you have not performed the vehicle setup steps described in the Get To Know Your Device

pamphlet or the Device Manual with the ignition on, this must be completed first. If you have

completed those steps and you still have a solid blue LED, your vehicle may currently be

incompatible. Check the Fitment Guide at

connectedcar.delphi.com/fitment

74. I have unplugged the unit from my vehicle and plugged it back in, what do I need to do?

If the LED is solid blue, then begin with step 5 in the Quick Reference Guide (QRG) to

re-initialize your module. If the LED is not solid blue, disconnect the unit from your vehicle, wait

10 seconds, reconnect it and wait for the solid blue LED (about 25 seconds), begin with step 5 in

the Quick Reference Guide (QRG) to re-initialize your module.

75. My battery was disconnected recently and I can’t connect to my vehicle, what should I do?

If the LED is solid blue, begin with step 5 in the Reference Guide to re-initialize your module. If

the LED is not solid blue, disconnect the unit from your vehicle, wait 10 seconds, reconnect it

and wait for the solid blue LED (about 30 seconds), begin with step 5 in the Reference Guide to

re-initialize your module.

76. The LED shows solid blue, what should I do?

Begin with step 5 in the Get To Know Your Device pamphlet to re-initialize your module. If it

returns to solid blue, your vehicle may be incompatible. Check the Fitment Guide at
