Multi-mode fiber cable

Fiber optic cables require Small Form-factor Pluggable (SFP+) transceivers, which
are provided with each device having Fibre Channel ports. The diagram shows the
SFP, labeled 1, and the fiber optic cable which is attached to it, labeled 2.

Twinaxial copper cables

The Veritas 5150 Appliance communicates with Ethernet networks through high
speed Twinaxial copper cables. If you configure the appliance to communicate with
10 Gb Ethernet networks, these cables connect to the 10/25 Ethernet card in the
appliance.
