SAS tape-out adapter
The SAS tape-out adapter is used to connect external SAS devices to the Veritas
5150 Appliance. The adapter comes standard on all configurations of Veritas 5150
Appliance.
The SAS tape-out adapter assembly includes a port for external SAS-3 device
connections and an attached internal SAS-3 cable. The adapter's internal SAS-3
cable connects to Connector 0 on the RMS3HC080 internal mezzanine RAID
controller.
