Spring valve assembly, housing assembly
Connect the spring loaded valve (10) to the valve seat (12) (see figure 18 and 19)
Then connect the spring loaded valve (10) to the valve plug (9) (see figure 20 and 21)
Place valve seat (12) with spring loaded valve (10) it to side section (2 and 3) and pay
attention that valve seat flow bore will be in the center with internal channel of side sec
-
tion (see figure 22 and 23)
Place an o-ring (14) on the top edge of the valve seat (12) then screw in valve plug (9)
with the spring loaded valve (10). Screw in plug flush to side housing top surface (see
figure 24 and 25.
Preassemble closed nuts and one flat washer at the one end of each assembly pin (see
figure 22). Then assembly of the complete housing.
