task/managerial
this lever has three positions:
middle position - push lever to middle position to release action, lean backwards or forwards to achieve desired position.
bottom position - push lever to bottom position to allow seat to tilt forward by an additional 3° from horizontal.
top position - lift lever up to the top position to lock.
for ‘dynamic posture’ the chair may be left unlocked in its ‘free float’ mode.
the action has a safety feature; when first unlocked, lean against back to start the action.
