WARNING
• To reduce the risk of death, personal injury or property damage from fire, electric shock, falling parts, cuts/
abrasions, and other hazards, be sure to read all warnings and instructions included with and on the fixture
box and all fixture labels.
• WARNING - Risk of fire or electric shock. LED Retrofit Kit installation requires knowledge of luminaires
electrical systems. If not qualified, do not attempt installation. Product must be installed in accordance with
the National Electrical Code or your local electrical code. Contact a qualified electrician.
• WARNING - Risk of fire or electric shock. Install this kit only in the luminaires that have the construction
features and dimensions shown in the photographs and/or drawings and where the input rating of the retrofit
kit does not exceed the input rating of the luminaire.
• WARNING - To prevent wiring damage or abrasion, do not expose wiring to edges of sheet metal or other
sharp objects.
• WARNING – Risk of fire or electric shock. Luminaire wiring and electrical parts may be damaged when
installing retrofit kit hardware. Check for enclosed wiring and components.
• Only those open holes indicated in the photographs and/or drawings may be made or altered as a result of
kit installation. Do not leave any other open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components.
• Do not make or alter any open holes in an enclosure of wiring or electrical components during kit installation.
• Turn off the electrical power at fuse or circuit breaker box before any installation work.
• Turn off the power when you perform any maintenance.
• Ensure that all electrical and grounded connections are in accordance with the National Electrical Code or
your local code requirements.
• SUITABLE FOR DAMP LOCATIONS.
• Lamps must be operated within an ambient fixture temperature of -4F (-20c) and 104F (40c) to comply with
all safety and warranty regulations.

device may not cause harmful interference, and 2) this device must accept any interference received, including
interference that may cause undesired operation.
