My phone does not connect to the kit
Make sure that Bluetooth is activated. Repeat the process of the first
use. If the problem persists, reset the memory of the kit by pressing
for about 6 seconds on the + and – buttons simultaneously.
I don’t hear at all/not loud on the kit
Make sure that the volume phone and of the hands free kit are not
too low.
I cannot take/refuse/end…a call with the button of the hands free
kit
Some phones (old) do not allow the hands free function.
I want to reset the phone list registered in my hands free kit

People I have over on the phone do not hear me well
Make sure that the mike is placed towards the top and that the
volume of the hands free kit and of your phone is high enough. If that
