WEATHER CAB SETUP INSTRUCTIONS

67. Lay out the
Velcro facing down
Right Left
canvas bellows
with the Velcro
on the triangular
windows facing
down. Identify
the left and right
bellows as
shown.
68. Install a bellows
support strap
through both the
top and bottom
sets of holes on the left and right canvas bellows.
69. Hook the top bellows support straps to the left
and right cab front supports (1) and the left
and right canvas column mounts (2). Hook the
bottom bellows support straps to the left and
right cab front supports (3) and the left and right
flanges of the pump cover (4).

Fasten the outer

the Velcro strips on

to the Velcro strips on

inner Velcro strips on

the Velcro strips on
the pump cover and
the left and right
column canvas (3).
71. Remove the blank cover from the back of the
seat box frame, route the wire harness through
the access cutout, and connect to the wire har-
ness installed earlier.
72. Remove one of the grommets from the access
cover with 2) grommets and cut the grommet at
one spot.
73. Install the grommet onto the wire harness and
then reinstall the grommet into the access cover.
74. Install the access cover (GG) onto the seat box
frame.

Install one adhesive clamp (HH) to the bottom of
the seat box frame above the tail light. Install the
other clamp (II) onto the roll bar about halfway
between the seat box frame and the cab frame.

Snap the lower rear canvas window into place
on the weather cab frame and the lower rear
window mount. Attach the Velcro strips on the
window to the Velcro strips on rear window
brackets, the underside of the fuel tank cover,
and the cab frame.
77. Install the right front window and the left and
right rear side windows by placing the hinge
pivots on the window over the hinge pins on the
weather cab. Place the latches over the latch
pins and push down to latch window.
