FIELD OF APPLICATION/OF OPERATION

Use the appliance for domestic purposes only and in the way indicated in these
instructions.
•
This appliance is also intended to be used for similar applications such as:
o
Kitchen corners reserved for personnel in shops, offices and other professional
environments.
o
Farms.
o
The use by clients of hotels, motels and other environments with a residential
character.
o
Environments of the “bed and breakfast” type.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
When the power connection is ON, the electric current
will produce a magnetic field in the induction oil, which
is embedded in the machine. As soon as the magnetic
force lines in the magnetic field touch the alloy steel
pot/boiler, it will produce the heating effect, which
would lead to the heating of the foot in the pot.
FRIENDLY AND NON-FRIENDLY COOKWARE
Friendly cookware:
Material: Iron or stainless steel. Shape: Bottom diameter about 12-20 cm saucepan or
bottom size is 12-20 cm square pot.
Non-friendly cookware:
Material: non-iron metal, ceramic, glass and the bottom is made of cooper or aluminum
pot. Shape: bottom uneven, diameter less than 12 cm
USE
•
First check that the voltage marked on the product is the same as your supply voltage.
•
Select a suitable position close to an electric socket, on a dry and even surface.
•
Make sure the control is in the OFF position (
MIN
). Plug in.
•
The invisible protective coating must be removed before you can use the appliance.
To do this, set the control to the maximum setting and leave switched on for
approximately 3-5 minutes. Smoke will develop make sure that the room is ventilated.
Switch off the cooking plates and allow to cool down completely. The cooking plates
are now ready for use.
•
Always use flat-bottomed saucepans, which make good contact with the cooking
plate. The saucepan bases should ideally be of the same size as the cooking plate.
