The camera will not trigger.
• Make sure the plastic separator is removed from the
battery.
• Make sure the battery is installed with the correct polarity.
• Set your camera for remote triggering.
• Make sure there is nothing blocking the line of sight
between the Selfie Trigger and your camera’s IR sensor.
• Make sure you are within the remote’s range of 16 feet.
TROUBLESHOOTING
To use your IR-SPC, IR-SPP, IR-SPS, IR-SPM as a remote
trigger, turn your camera on and follow these steps:
1. Set your camera for remote triggering. For more
information about the remote triggering feature, consult
your camera’s manual.
2. Compose your shot and make sure your subject is in focus.
3. Set your Selfie Trigger Plus remote and camera to the
desired settings.
4. Aim the remote at the camera’s infrared sensor and press
the shutter release button.
