Weight Control
Using the scale with the Health Scale app will allow you to monitor your weight and track your physical
activity.
1.
Enter the settings option from the main screen.
2.
Select “Personal” and then “Weight Control”.
3.
Select a goal weight by sliding the digits up or down.
4.
Select the difficulty level to determine how much weight to lose per week.
WARNING
Use the app as a rough guide only.
Always consult a doctor before starting an exercise programme or diet.

Health Overview
The overview function will give you a snapshot of your current physical condition.
1.
After you have recorded your weight, tap the “Health”
option.
2.
The first screen will display your body mass index.
3.
Swipe to display the estimated body fat percentage.
4.
Swipe again to display your daily recommended calorie
intake.
Remark:
This information is based on data from the World Health
Organization (WHO).
The body mass index (BMI) and body fat percentage figures
are based on averages and will differ from person to person.
Always consult a doctor.
