When the battery voltage reaches the next stage, one more bar will be
added. No battery level icon will be displayed in the corresponding
channel when the charger is in one of the following conditions:

no battery is placed in the channel

short circuit
o
battery voltage < 1.0 V
o
battery is reversed or poorly connected
