Loosen the axle tensioner nuts.

Loosen the axle nuts.

Move rear wheel forward to detention drive belt.
9.
Slide belt first off rear pulley.
10.
The wheel is now ready to remove, be cautious because the wheel is still connected
to the scooter by the brake cable.

Install new belt or tire.

Reinstall rear wheel

Tension belt using tensioner nuts so that belt has ¼ inch free play when wiggled up
and down with very moderate force.
14.
Install brake binder bolt, tighten axle nuts and inflate tires to 45psi
15.
If belt slips under acceleration further tighten the belt. If the scooter does not roll
freely loosen the belt.
16.
Check tightness of brake hold down bolt and axle nuts to ensure nothing has been
overlooked.
