Note:
The sending device must present just the 3-digit extension number, whether the
caller dialled just the extension number, or whether the caller dialled the full
telephone number including the area code.
For the calls to be accepted, the last two digits of the extension number must be 06
to 13 to be a valid Vega 50 interface ID.
