Alarm/Error

The alarm and error functions are used in conjunction with the drop-down menu which has dedicated buttons for error injection

and alarm generation. Alarm and error selections will depend on PDH, SDH, or OTN signal types.

Specific count for 0.1s, 1s, 10s, 100s when button is tapped
