Overview
The MPX100 is an intelligent 1GE, 10/100/1000Base-T and 1000Base-X, loopback device that is the perfect companion to the MX
product family (MX100, MX120, MPX100, MX300) and TX300. Loopback control can be performed in-band or via the built-in
10/100BaseT Ethernet port via an internet connection. The MPX100 paired with a handheld tester, is the industry’s most cost
effective solution for point to point Service Level Agreement (SLA) verification and end-to-end performance testing.
Applications
The MX100/MX120/MX300/TX300 and MPX100 are the industry's most cost-effective 1GE testing pair for the verification of end-to-
end Ethernet transport. The MX100/MX120/MX300/TX300 generates Ethernet/IP test traffic to the MPX100, which will loop the
traffic back to the MX100/MX120/MX300/TX300 for analysis. This test scenario can be carried out for BERT, RFC2544, and
Multiple Streams throughput tests.
