Before assembling your VeelFella ebike
Perform a visual inspection of your shipping box and your ebike to see everything arrived without shipping
issues. Take pictures if you suspect excessively rough handling and report us within 2 calendar days of
shipment delivery.

Be careful when transporting an electric bicycle.
An electric bicycle is heavier than a normal bicycle. If transporting on a vehicle, be aware of the
maximum load capacity of the vehicle’s roof, towing hook and/or the bicycle carrier.
Refer to the manuals of the vehicle and bicycle carrier for details.
Always respect local laws about transportation of an electric bicycle.
Because Li-Ion batteries of this size and power are considered ‘Dangerous goods’ when transporting,
regulations may restrict the transport of separate Li-Ion batteries in some places. The restrictions apply to
most airlines and some trucking companies. If you intend to ship or travel with your electric bicycle (with
installed battery), check with the airline or carrier and local regulations about traveling with a Li-Ion
battery.
