The POS Touch 14 Wide 

 

does not display 
anything.

The POS Touch 14 Wide is 
switched off.

Press the On/Off key 
as described in chapter 
7.1.1 “Switching on 
POS Touch 14 Wide” on page 
26.

The screen saver is active.

Touch the screen with the stylus 
or with a finger.

The Vectron POS software is 
malfunctioning.

Contact your dealer Vectron.

The power supply is damaged.
