AMPLIFIER OPERATION.
When installing the amplifier please ensure that the device has free flowing air for both the rear fans to
operate and the Fan outlet grilles on the front of the device is clear to allow unrestricted air flow.
SWITCH ON-
Connect the mains IEC lead to the rear of the amplifier (shown as
K
on the diagram), ensure both Chan-
nel A and Channel B aenuator controls (2 & 9) are switched to minimum (turned an clockwise as far
as possible). Switch on the mains switch (8) located on the front of the device.
INPUT CONNECTION-
Input can be made on the rear of the device via Channel A and Channel B (shown as C and H on the dia-
gram). Connecon is via the Mul input socket which will accept a 6.3mm stereo Jack plug or a 3 Pin
Male XLR Plug. Pin connecons are shown below:-

Input sensivity on the DSP260 is 0.775volts
OUTPUT CONNECTION-
This is on the rear of the device and can be made via Speakon connector with Pin1 as Posive and Pin 2
as negave (shown as B and I) or Binding post (shown as D and G) using bare wires, Banana plugs or
spade lugs.
BRIDGED MODE
If you wish to operate the amplifier in bridged mode press the bridged mode buon (
E)
on the rear of
the device, the LED (
3
) will illuminate on the front panel.
Input to the amplifier in bridge mode is via Channel A.
Output to the speakers is via Channel A Speakon Connector or via the binding posts using Channel A
posive terminal and Channel B posive terminal. In this mode Channel A terminal will act as the
+ve
output and Channel B will act as the
–ve
outlet.
