SERVICE
List of major components
We provide one year free maintenance for the main components of the
equipment.
Motor
Electronic control board
Battery (warranty for liquid leakage, plastic shell cracking, etc. Except for human factors
and external damage)
Charger
Water tank
Single Valve
Nozzle
Blockage and damage of equipment from using a strong corrosion liquid.
Faulty operation and damage caused by changing the structure and/or replacing
parts of the equipment privately.
Do not follow the instructions for use and maintenance.
Artificial damage caused by improper use or overuse.
Damage caused by irresistible natural forces, such as earthquakes, floods, fires, etc.
a. Parts that are not in the main components list are all warranted for 3 months
(except for human factors, external damage and improper use)
b. The below circumstances are exclusive of the warranty service:
