Problems Possible Measure
Front panel indicator is off
and receiver does not
power on by pressing the
POWER key
Check if the power supply is connected properly.
No video
Check whether the video cable is connected
correctly and firmly.
Check whether the S-box is powered on.
Check whether TV is turned on, and TV input
mode is correct.
No audio
Check whether the audio cable is connected
correctly and firmly.
Adjust the sound volume of TV and receiver to
appropriate level.
Video picture is not good
Check whether the antenna installed properly
Check whether the antenna is connected
correctly and firmly to RI IN port of the receiver.
Check whether the antenna cable to receive is
too long.
Check with installation agent if needed.
RC does not work
Check whether batteries are mounted correctly.
Change the exhausted battery.
Use RC is within workable distance (7 meters)
Remove the hinder between RC and the receiver.
