Remove both tanks.
Use a crosshead screwdriver
to undo 4 screws and remove
the belt guard cover.
Remove the belt and clean
off any dirt or residue.
Re-fit the belt plate and belt guide,
tightening all 6 screws.
To replace the belt, loop over
the spindle.
Use a crosshead screwdriver
to undo the 2 screws and
remove the belt plate.
Line up and push the belt over the
belt wheel, turning the wheel at
the same time until the belt loops
correctly around the wheel.
Replacing the belt
IMPORTANT:
To maintain the
performance of the carpet
washer we recommend
you check the belt every3
months and replace if worn.
IMPORTANT:
To reduce the risk of
electric shock or injury,
always unplug the carpet
washer before performing
maintenance checks.
