Removing blockages from the brushbar
WARNING:
To reduce the risk of electric shock, turn the vacuum cleaner off and unplug from the electrical outlet
before performing maintenance/troubleshooting checks.
Disconnect the hose from the vacuum cleaner and remove any blockages found then reconnect the hose securely.
Resetting jammed brushbar
A red flashing light will indicate a jammed brushbar. To reset press the button on the side of your vacuum.
Removing debris from the brushbar
If the light continues to flash red after resetting, the brushbar may still be blocked. Using a pair of scissors, cut
through any threads or hairs caught around the brushbar. To access brushbar:
Press the brushbar reset button again to ensure the blockage is fully cleared.
IMPORTANT:
for your safety, never try to access / replace brushbar drive belt.
