Charging the battery
Fit the battery onto the battery charger.
The battery charger light will turn blue
when charging. If a red light appears an
error has occurred. Remove the battery
and refit.
The battery will be fully charged after 3
hours and the charger light will turn off.

The battery used in this device may present a risk of fire or chemical burn if mistreated. Do not disassemble or
heat above manufacturer’s maximum temperature limit (60° C/140°F) or incinerate. Replace battery with Vax battery only.
Use of another battery may present a risk of fire or explosion. Dispose of used battery promptly. Keep away from children.
Do not disassemble and do not dispose of in fire. Do not attempt to disassemble the battery or remove any component
projecting from the battery terminals. The battery and charger have no user serviceable parts. Fire or injury may result.
Prior to disposal, protect exposed terminals with heavy insulating tape to prevent shorting.
The battery must be recycled
or disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.
IMPORTANT:
The battery will need fully charging before first use.

Removing the battery from the charger

Press the release button, hold base of battery
charger and lift the battery to remove.

50% Charged
75% Charged
IMPORTANT:
For best performance terminals on battery, battery charger and vacuum cleaner must be clean and free from
dust and dirt. Do not attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
