PROBLEM: Cleaner won’t run

Caauussee:: Not properly plugged into electrical outlet.
Solution: Plug in firmly.

Caauussee:: No electricity in electrical outlet.
Solution: Check fuse or breaker.
C
Caauussee:: On/off switch not turned on.
Solution: Push on/off switch to on.
C
Caauussee:: Motor thermostat has tripped.
Solution: Switch off and unplug cleaner. Leave for one (1) hour before switching the cleaner back on.

Caauussee:: Blown fuse/tripped breaker.
Solution: Reset circuit breaker or replace fuse.
PROBLEM: Vacuum cleaner won't pick up/loss of suction

Caauussee:: Dust bag not installed correctly.
Solution: Review dust bag removal and replacement.

Caauussee:: Dust bag full or blocked.
Solution: Replace dust bag.

Solution: Remove filter and clean.

Solution: Disconnect hose, remove obstruction and then re-fit.

PROBLEM: Dust escaping from the vacuum cleaner

Solution: Dispose of dust bag and replace with a new one.

Solution: Review dust bag removal and replacement.
