A replacement clean water tank is required, go to 'Spares' tab above

Re-fit the clean water tank back on the machine and try again

Has the machine been without power for over 24 hours?

Have you changed the fuse? If not, please replace the fuse in the plug with another
13 amp fuse

Is the brushbar not turning?

Switch the machine off and unplug from the wall socket

Remove the cover from the base of the machine to access the brushbars and belt

Is the belt broken?

Yes?

A replacement belt is required, go to 'Spares' tab above

No?

Remove the belt and turn both of the brushbars by hand

Either brushbar stiff to turn by hand?

Yes?

A replacement brushbar is required, go to 'Spares' tab above

Have you checked the suction from the motor?

Remove the dirty water tank and switch the machine on
