TROUBLESHOOTING
· Chec k that the c amera and mo nito r are turned o n.
· Chec k the c amera is c o nnec ted to power pro perly (it
c anno t be c harged; it’s power off o nc e disc o nnec ted
fro m power).
· Chec k that the mo nito r is of eno ugh battery (it’ll auto
shut off when battery level ic o n flashes red slowly o n
the mo nito r).
· Chec k the intac tness of the power c able.
· Chec k whether the c amera is near the mo nito r
(rec o mmended to keep within 1.5- 2m / 4.9- 6.6ft).
· Chec k whether the mo nito r is of low battery. Charge it
in time to resto re go o d c o nnec tio n.
· Chec k whether the c amera is well c o nnec ted to power.
· Chec k whether there are any large metallic o bjec ts
inc luding do o rs, refrigerato rs, mirro rs, etc ., are plac ed
between the c amera and mo nito r thus blo c king the
radio signals.
· Chec k whether there’s any o ther 2.4GHz pro duc t is
used nearby like WiFi ro uters, mic rowave ovens, whic h
may interfere the c o nnec tio n.
· If no thing above is invo lved, please retry to pair:
press the Pair Butto n at the bo tto m of the c amera,
press Menu butto n, selec t thro ugh - > - > , and
then the mo nito r will auto - pair with the c amera.
· Chec k all c o nnec tio ns to the c amera (power c able
plugging and pairing).
· Chec k whether the sc reen is in sleep mo de. Press any
butto n to awake it.
· Chec k whether the c amera is within range of the
mo nito r.
· Adjust the mo nito r antenna to vertic al po sitio n fo r

· Vo lume may be set to o high. Press Menu Butto n - > OK
Butto n - > Left Butto n to vo lume down.
· The c amera and mo nito r may be put to o c lo se; keep
them at least 1.5m / 4.9ft apart.
· The c amera may be to o o ut of range. Please keep it
within 10 m / 32.8ft to the mo nito r.
Software
Versio n?
Press the Power butto n o n the mo nito r to turn off the
mo nito r. The software versio n will be displayed at the
sc reen bo tto m befo re power off.
