Setting of the water level relay
:
•
The top cursor should be set to the DOWN position, pre-set in the factory.
•
Setting of water hardness: this setting should be adjusted according to the hardness of the water
where the bain-marie unit is installed:
o
Activate the wheel with a screwdriver.
o
Set the cursor to the minimum position, the bain-marie well should be full. Excess water
should be evacuated by the drainage overflow tube.
o
Turn the wheel slowly towards the maximum position and stop when the relay switches
from the filling position to the heating position.
o
Test by removing the overflow tube. The well empties when the low level is reached. It
should then be refilled.
•
Controls:
The controls are placed on a removable panel to the right of the unit.
o
A mechanical thermostat with orange on-off light for the bain-marie well.
o
A mechanical thermostat with orange on-off light for the ventilated heat cupboard.
o
A switch with orange light for the heating display option.
