Loosen 1/4” bolts with 7/16 wrench

Insert Autoflash tube as shown
3)
Tighten 1/4” bolts and serrated nuts with 7/16
wrench.

Insert Tube and Saddle Assembly along with
detent clamp as shown below.
5)
Flash head attaches to Saddle Assembly using
(2) 3/8
-
16 bolts and washers. Tighten well with
9/16 wrench.
6)
Install pitch knob and tighten until flash head is
level to your pallet.
7)
Plug in your Autoflash and Flash head. Refer to
wiring diagram and Flash Head manual.
Do Not position the flash head over the control
box when in the home position. Excessive
heat can damage the electrical components.
