Use [UP] or [DOWN] to select the menu item ‘FLAS’ .

Now you can set the flash rate of the stroboscope. Use [UP] or [DOWN] to select a value
between ‘FL00’ (no strobe effect) and ‘FL15’ (strobe effect with highest frequency).

Now you can select the speed of the colour run. Use [UP] or [DOWN] to select a value
between ‘AS00’ (lowest speed) and ‘AS15’ (highest speed).
