Place the seat upside down on the floor and fasten the hinge with the four screws. Add the plastic ring and
insert the cylinder into the base. Place the seat on the slimmer end of the cylinder. To ensure that the four
pieces are securely fastened, turn the cylinder until all the way down and have a seat.
