Step

Make sure surface is clean and oil free

Step

Apply High Temp Copper RTV to magnet as
shown.

Step

Place magnet on dimmer wheel assembly as
shown.

Step

Apply two fillet beads of NUVASIL RTV on long
edges of magnet to secure in place.

Step

Allow to cure in for at least 24 hours at room
temperature. For best results, run through a UV
curing oven twice. .
