App Installation via ADB Commands (Android OS only)
In addition to the standard pre-installed Android applications, users can install their own
applications on the Device when it runs Android operating system.
All tools to be used for the installation are available in the product release package
provided by Vantron.

Prerequisites
•
IBOX3588 running Android operating system
•
A host computer running Windows 7 or later
•
A USB cable (Type-A to Type-C)

ADB Setup
1.
Follow the steps in
Section
2.2
to connect the host computer and the Device with the
USB cable;
2.
Use the cursor and keyboard to navigate to
Settings
>
About AIV
(the name may vary
with the device)
>
Build number
of the Device, click the build number consecutively
seven times to enable
Developer options

3.
Go back to
Settings
>
System
>
Advanced
>
Developer options
, and toggle on
USB
debugging
on the Device;
4.
Open the release package and navigate to the following directory: SW \ adb_fastboot
and double click
adb.exe
to run the adb tool, or you can go through steps 5-7 instead
of running the adb tool;
5.
Press “Win + R” and input “sysdm.cpl” in the dialogue box to open the settings
interface;
