Loosely secure the ﬁxing brackets to the bottom bulkhead using M6x14 hex bolts

(FX4061), M6 washers (FX4017) and M6 ﬂange nuts (FX4016). Once in position

carefully drill 3.2mm through the ﬁxing hole and secure using No8x1/2” self-tap screws

(FX4090).

Carefully drill 3.2mm through the ﬁxing positions shown below and secure to the

ﬂoor of the vehicle using No8x1/2” self-tap screws (FX4090).

Place the top onto the bottom bulkhead with the bottom return looking into the cab

area. Once in position secure the top and bottom together using M6x16 coach bolts

(FX4042), M8 washers (FX4020) and M6 ﬂange nuts (FX4016).

Please read the important notes on page 1 before ﬁtting this product.

Position the bottom bulkhead into the vehicle against the ‘C’ pillar with the bottom return

looking into the load area. Once happy with the position carefully drill 3.2mm through the

positions shown below and secure to the ‘C’ pillar using No8x1/2” self-tap screws.
