TROUBLE-SHOOTING
1. PROBLEM 1: Color loss or no video signal output in HDMI display CAUSE: The connecting cables may
not be connected correctly. SOLUTION: Check whether the cables are connected correctly and in working
condition.
2. PROBLEM 2: Color loss or no video signal output in HDMI display CAUSE: The display is not compatible
with the present output resolution. SOLUTION: Make sure the resolution of the display(s) is compatible
with the present resolution.
3. PROBLEM 3: No HDMI signal output in EVSLIM14 while local HDMI input is in normal working state
CAUSE: The connecting cables may not be connected correctly. SOLUTION: Check whether the cables are
connected correctly and in working condition.
4. PROBLEM 4: Splash screen in output devices CAUSE: Poor quality of the connecting cable SOLUTION:
Change for another cable of good quality.
5. PROBLEM 5: Static becomes stronger when connecting the video connectors. CAUSE: Bad grounding
SOLUTION: Check the grounding and make sure it is connected well.
