Some of the parameters, for instance the password, can only be
altered via the RS 232 serial communication port using a PC.
5.1.
Principle of parameter setting
This example shows how to change the scaling of the voltage
transformers. Same principle is used to change other
parameters, see Figure 5.1-1.
1.
Use the DOWN key of the front panel to move to item
SCALING of the main menu.
2.
Use the RIGHT key to move one step to the right, the text
Uprim: 10000V appears in the display. Use the DOWN key
to select the Usec, Umode and Un.
3.
Use the ENTER key twice to move to give the operator
password. Use the ENTER key to confirm the password.
4.
Use the UP and DOWN key to change the setting value and
use the RIGHT and LEFT key to move from digit to digit.
5.
Use the ENTER key to confirm the function or push the
LEFT key for >2 s to cancel the function.
6.
Push the LEFT key twice to return to the main menu.
