7. Operating instructions
LED operations and acoustic alarms
The machine is equipped with acoustic alarms and light signals.
The green LED indicates the status of the operation.
The red LED indicates the status of the potential errors.
The keyboard controls the operations
7.1 Prepare the pipes and the fitting to be welded according to the reccomendations
given in the "General Welding Criteria" chapter and the instructions of the pipe and
fitting manufacturers.
7.2 Connect the power supply plug to the mains: the green LED will flash slowly.
7.3 Connect the welding terminals to the fitting and press START. The green LED will flashes
quickly to warn that the machine is ready to weld. If the welding does not start in 10
seconds, the machine returns back to stand-by state (slow flashing).
7.4 Press START again: the machine starts welding. The green LED will stay on till the
welding ends.
7.5 Both LEDs flash at the end of welding. Press STOP to return back to the to stand-by
status.

If the fitting is non-compliant or is faulty, it is not possible to weld.
Press the STOP button and repeat the operation with another fitting.
Welding is not possible when the ambient temperature detected by the thermal probe
does not conform to the range indicated in the technical characteristics.
