Re fi t and Check Window
1. To re fi t the window, place it in its bottom railing and
rotate its top against the fi rebox.
2. While you hold it, pull the side levers back into the
window brackets on each side.
3. Apply light hand pressure against the window frame
sides to bed-in the window seal.
4. If the Hot Glass Warning
plate has been removed from
the front lower corner of the
window, reinstall it by sliding
it between the glass and the
frame as indicated below.

These rocks overhang slightly above the
burner but do not touch the black base
IMPORTANT:
The rocks of the top row (14, 11, 9 and
7) overhang
slightly
over the burner.
11. Optional: Lay the twigs on the rocks. They can be
placed as suggested below or elsewhere on the
rocks as long as they do not block the pilot
fl ame or
the burner fl ame.
IMPORTANT: To ensure a safe operation, verify
that the levers are hooked properly to the window
tabs; then, pull out the top of the window and
release it to insure the springs return it.
