12. Initialization for counting sample objects: Every time use the pieces counting function, the
user must initialize different number of objects for the scale. First, press down the “PCS”
button to switch the scale to the counting mode from the weighing mode, and the screen
will display “0” at the time. Then, press down “PCS” button again to enter the sample
collecting process, and the screen will display “PC-25” now, which means the sample
collected objects should be 25 pieces. In the meantime, press down the “PCS” button
different time can change the sample collected objects to 50 pieces or 100 pieces, whose
sign in the screen will be “PC-50”or “PC-100”. After assuring the number of the sample
collected objects, putting the exact number of the sample objects on the weighing platform.
Press down the “PCS” button again and wait for the screen display the number of the objects.

Now the user can put the different number of similar weigh objects on the platform for
starting the counting.
CALIBRATION INSTRUCTIONS
This scale had been calibrated before it was dispatched from the factory. But at times when
there is a remarkable change in temperature or humidity (including change of seasons), there
might be inaccuracies. In this case, please test the scale in the following way: place a standard
weight on the platform, and if the positive or negative difference exceeds the difference allowed
as specified in the technical specifications of the weight, please recalibrate the scale according to
as follows.
Recalibration Function: press down the “MODE” button until the screen displays “000000”.Then,
remove your finger from the button and the display will change to “E-00”. Now, press the
“MODE” button again can recalibrate the scale. The initial recalibrated weigh is 25kg,and the
screen will display “E1-25”,”E2-50”,”E3-100” while each time pressing down the “MODE” button,
whose represent the recalibrated weighs are 25kg,50kg and 100kg .Choose the required
recalibrated weigh like 50kg (the screen is displaying”E2-50” now), and the put the 50kg
counterpoises on the weighing platform. Wait until the screen displays “GOOD”, and then the
scale turns off automatically. The recalibration is ended now.
