Location: “[ROOT]/multimedialinq/music/”
MML Player will create playlists based on first-level subfolders in the
MultiMediaLinQ Music Folder. MML Player accepts the subfolder's name as
the playlist's name. Folder's name has no limitation on characters count, as
long as the full path name with file name does not exceed 255 characters.
MML player will only use the first 26 characters to create the playlist name.
In this case the playlist name with up to 26 characters will be displayed on
your Radio, but please keep in mind some Radios can only display 16
characters. Make sure to create unique folder names to be able to
recognize your playlists during browsing.
MML Player supports up to 999 playlists (subfolders) and up to 999 media
files per Playlist (subfolder).
Example:
“[ROOT]\multimedialinq\music\PlaylistName1\[MP3/WAV media files]”
“[ROOT]\multimedialinq\music\PlaylistName2\[MP3/WAV media files]”
Media files have to be located directly in [Playlist] subfolders to be played
by MML Player. Files located in a playlist's nested subfolders are not
supported. Playlists will be created in order of their physical location in the
music folder. Media files will be organized in order of their physical location
in the playlist folder.
